The Brass YAKIHARU Portable Ballpoint Pen by ystudio in 'Dragon Cloud' Silver Foil.
A thin layer of pure silver foil is added by Japanese artist Kohei Murata.
This ancient Japanese technique is (literately translated) called ‘Dragon Cloud Foil’.
Every piece is absolutely unique and made by hand.
The pen comes in a wooden presentation box together with a necklace and shackle so it can also be worn.

About Brassing: The black coating (brassing) on the metal surface will accumulated through time. With the brassing, and the changes that will develop, we can trace back the process that the user applied on the object and learn about their personal memory and story.
