Jackie Kennedy Onassis loved her S.T.Dupont lighter so much, she commissioned a pen in the same elegant style of her favourite lighter. Our artisans obliged, rising to the challenge by forming a lighter roller into the barrel of a pen and the first luxury writing instrument, ‘The Classique’ was born.

Today, in a tribute to the classic original, S.T. Dupont presents the new D-Initial pen: reimagined writing instruments for today’s men and women style. 
This entirely new modern D-Initial has been inspired by the timeless style of its predecessor and will be available in roller and ballpoint.
The cylindrical body falls naturally to hand, perfectly weighted and proportioned to rest confidently on the page. Forged from brass for a metallic thrill. The articulated clip of the pen makes carrying it a pleasure, whilst replacing the cap delivers a satisfying click that delights the senses.
Topped off by a stylish flourish: S.T. Dupont’s D blazon, proud on the clip.

Within the ballpoint, an ultraglide refill gives your handwriting an assertive tone that swishes smoothly across any document, making every signature a work of art.
On both models, the body is finished in a choice of duotones.
Black and gold combines style with luxury, and black and chrome reflects the elegance of simplicity.
