The linear design meets the preciousness of the materials expertly crafted using traditional techniques.
The result is Permanento, the new collection by Aurora, where the lines of the famous pencil, used by designers in the 1930s, are revived with a contemporary look.
The collection features a mechanical pencil and a ballpoint pen, both with a twist mechanism to advance and retract the tip.
The top is decorated with the traditional red lacquer ovoidal logo and engraved with the words “Aurora Torino” as the hallmark of the quality of an authentic Italian-crafted item. In the pencil a handy and practical eraser is hidden under the head.The finely crafted hexagonal barrel features an alternating pattern of smooth faces design that reflect the light. Permanento is a writing instrument in which the shapes and lines reflect the creativity of Italian designers who have made their mark in Italian tradition.
