What are the payment methods envisioned by www.stilografica.it ?
www.stilografica.it accepts payments by credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

Which credit cards can I use?
The credit cards that at the present time are acceptable for payment are Visa, Carta SI, and MasterCard.
Is the use of my credit card on www.stilografica.it safe?
Your data are absolutely safe. In fact, credit card data are sent, in the course of effectuating the order, to BANCA SELLA and are protected against unauthorised access, by means of cryptographic SSL 128 bit of the data.
When is my order debited?
For orders made by credit card, debiting occurs at the time of the shipment. We remind you that you will be debited solely for the cost of the products effectively shipped.
PayPal
You may select PayPal for your type of payment. Clicking on “Proceed with the order” on the data confirmation page, the login page of PayPal is opened for access to your account and to complete payment. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you could create one at the login page of PayPal, prior to concluding the order.

RETURNS - SATISFIED OR MONEY BACK
Satisfied or money back within 10 working days.
According to the Italian regulatory for the protection of the consumer (D.L. 22maggio 1999, n.185), if the product is different from your expectation, you can withdraw and return it to us, getting back its full price paid (excluded shipping cost).
This advantage is reserved to private customers, not to companies or professional users.
HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS
Please ask our authorization by email (info@stilografica.it) within 10 working days from the date of arrival.
The essential requirement is that the product IS NOT USED. In the specific case of fountain pens, they must not be filled or inked.
You can ship the product back by registered mail or courier, at your own cost, within 10 working days from the date of arrival, on condition that the product was unused, in its original package, with its box and papers, and the return was authorised by mail, to the following address:

As soon as CASA DELLA STILOGRAFICA receives the returned products , we will refund the total.
