INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT:

Casa della Stilografica www.stilografica.it guarantees that all products on our website are 100% original brand names. We are Authorized Dealers for all the manufacturers we carry and never sell imitations of any sort and only carry genuine & original brand name writing instruments.
TAX: the prices quoted do not include VAT which beapplies to all shipment to European union Countries. For purchases shipped within the E.U. a 20% VAT charge will be added to the quoted prices during the order on line. VAT charges do not apply to orders shipped outside the European Countries.
We usually process your order in 1-2 days, if the product is available in stock and your payment has been received by our bank or authorized your Credit Card company.
In case of delay, we'll inform you as soon as possible.

Customs and duty charges are Country specific and the responsibility of the buyer.
Your credit card will not be automatically charged at ordering, but only at shipping.
The shipping cost depends onthe shipping method you choose and its destination (DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE – DHL ECONOMY SELECT ( truck service only available in Europe) – FedEx and EMS).

  DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE is an express door-to-door delivery by the end of the next possible business day.Fast service by air. Fast,reliable and precise: DHL Express delivers excellent quality world wide.You may track the order yourself using the tracking facility on the DHL web site (we'll inform you by email when we ship, providing also your tracking number ) or contact the sales department for an update.Shipments are home delivered between Monday and Friday.
  Typically need 2-4 days for delivery. Times are not guaranteed, also depends on customs
   
• DHL ECONOMY SELECT EUROPE:
  
  Only available in Europe; less expensive then DHL EXPRESS
  DHL ECONOMY SELECT is a day definite door-to-door Express service.
  You may track the order yourself using the tracking facility on the DHL web site (we'll inform you by email when we ship, providing also your tracking number ) or contact the sales department for an update.
  Shipments are home delivered between Monday and Friday. Typically need 3-6 days for delivery. Times are not guaranteed, also depends on customs

• EMS - EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE:
