Our historical shop CASA DELLA STILOGRAFICA was founded by my grandfather Antonio Sacchetti in 1944
1945: The war is over, and Florence is slowly starting to rebuild.
In the central Via Cavour, Antonio Sacchetti, a young graduate and bank clerk, gives up his secure job and opens a "bottega" - the evergreen "Casa della Stilografica" - destined to become a reference point for many Florentine lovers of fine writing over the years.
A Passion for Pens-
From the very beginning, Casa della Stilografica was more than just a shop. It was a place where people could come to share their passion for pens, to discover new brands and models, and to find expert advice on how to use and care for their pens. Antonio Sacchetti was a true pen enthusiast, and his passion was contagious. He loved to talk about pens, and he was always happy to help customers find the perfect pen for their needs.
A Florentine Institution-
Over the years, Casa della Stilografica became a Florentine institution. It was a place where people of all ages and walks of life came to browse, to chat, and to find that perfect pen. The shop was also a popular meeting place for pen collectors and enthusiasts from all over Italy.
A Legacy of Passion-
Antonio Sacchetti passed away in 1999, but his legacy lives on. Casa della Stilografica is still run by his family, and it continues to be a beloved destination for pen lovers in Florence. The shop is still located on Via Cavour, just a few steps from where it was founded in 1945.

In 1995, to celebrate the 50° anniversary of the shop, in collaboration with Visconti, we made a pen in celluloid produced in only 365 pieces for all the world: VISCONTI FLORENTIA
During 2013 we produced in close cooperation with Delta factory the Blue Jay collection.
Between 2014 and 216 we produced many limited edition in close cooperation with Delta Pen factory.
In 2019 we produced with Leonardo Pen factory 2 Limited edition fountain pens: Momento Zero Flame and Furore Cappuccino.
In 2020 we produced with Leonardo Pen Factory 3 Limited edition fountain pens: Bamboo , Wave and the Momento Zero Grande Primary Manipulation to celebrate our 75th anniversary (1945-2020).
